We have an original antique map titled “India and the Birman Empire with part of China &c,” dated 1828.
The map size is approximately 25.5 x 29.0 cm (10 x 11.5 inches), making it a large copperplate map with original outline coloring. The condition is good, suitable for framing. There is a tight bottom margin below the caption, and minor offsetting where text or images from the facing page have left an impression on the print. Please review the scan carefully for any blemishes before purchasing, as some aging is normal with antique maps but is generally unobtrusive unless noted otherwise. We offer a no-questions-asked return policy.
This is an authentic historic map from 1828, not a modern reproduction. The reverse side is plain with nothing printed on it.
The map was created by A. Arrowsmith and originally appeared in “Orbis Terrarum Veteribus Noti descriptio,” published by E. Williams, London.
