Refund policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, giving you 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
To qualify for a return and refund, your item must be in its original condition: unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide proof of purchase, typically your order email or order number.

Refunds are Issued For:

• Items that arrive damaged, defective, or if the incorrect item was shipped.
• Items returned in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging.

Refunds Are Not Issued For:

• Items that show signs of use, wear, or any damage not caused by shipping.
• Items returned without prior approval or items returned after 14 days from receipt.

To Start a Return
Please email us at ramblingsofasikh@gmail.com to request a return. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without a return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if you notice any damage, defects, or if the wrong item was received. We’ll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exchanges
For the fastest service, return the item for a refund once accepted, then place a new order for your preferred item.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
